7th Grade Art: Set up as an exploratory class. Each 7th grade student will have one semester of art, and one semester of computers(with the exception of band members).
Supply Lists:
A basic supply list will be handed out the first day of school. We would like to have the students bring the art supplies to school within the first week of school. It would be helpful to label your supplies as they will be kept in a storage bin in the art room to use on a daily basis.
Week of August 22-26
Monday - Institute
Tuesday - Institute
Wednesday - Orientation of 7th grade art. Seating assignments, nametags, art folders.
Review supply handout, expectations, and parental signature sheet.
Thursday - Collect parent signature sheets. Decorate and design art folders. First drawing assignment.
Friday - Continue drawing assignment from Thursday.
